Case studies, testimonials, and examples describe particular experiences and do not guarantee the same results for another business.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Maintain licenses, insurance, and authorizations required for their operations.
Review and approve materials where agreed.

Pay fees according to the applicable service agreement.
Use our systems lawfully.

8. Fees, Cancellation, and Refunds
Service fees, advertising budgets, third-party charges, cancellation rights, and refund arrangements are governed by the applicable written service agreement or offer accepted by the client.
An inquiry or subscription to our SMS program does not by itself create an obligation to purchase marketing services.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or used under permission or license.
